Job Summary
A leading oil and gas well services company is seeking a proactive Service Quality Coordinator to take ownership of service delivery, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement. This role involves coordinating and monitoring service delivery events, managing service quality investigations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor service delivery events to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
* Lead and document Non-Conformance Report (NCR) investigations, including root cause analysis and development of remedial work plans.
* Manage service quality investigations, alerts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Oversee client reporting related to service delivery events, NCRs, complaints, and corrective actions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices and drive process improvements.
* Ensure organisational familiarity and awareness of QA/QC processes to capture required data and measurements for learning and adjustments.
* Consult and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement service quality learnings into procedures and practices.
* Maintain accurate service quality documentation, records, and audit trails.
* Conduct audits, inspections, and performance reviews to verify compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
* Provide training and support to field crews and supervisors on QA/QC practices and procedures.
Requirements
* Experience in oilfield services, energy, or heavy industrial operations.
* Solid understanding of QA/QC systems, NCR processes, and service quality management.
* Strong skills in investigation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
* Proficient in documentation, data management, and client correspondence.
