Mechanical Supervisor – Kalgoorlie Local
Due to continued growth, Monadelphous is looking for 2 Mechanical Supervisors to join the team at our Goldfields Branch. This casual-based role offers ongoing local and DIDO work opportunities within the Goldfields area. The successful candidates will lead teams of mechanical crews on various project works including structural, piping installation, tank refurbishments and asset integrity. Candidates should have previous experience of Goldfields site conditions. First Nations people and women are encouraged to apply. Only local candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising mechanical teams of riggers, boilermakers, fitters and trade assistants
* Upholding Monadelphous safety standards
* Performing supervisory tasks and activities, including the SWAAP process
* Interpreting project technical information and ensuring work is performed in compliance with relevant standards and specifications
* Leading incident investigations, following established procedures and reporting findings
* Reviewing and signing off on risk assessments and permits for work tasks performed on site
* Conducting pre‑start briefings to ensure team preparedness
What you'll bring:
* 2‑5 years experience in a supervisory role
* Knowledge of Goldfields clients is desirable
* WH&S Supervisor Certificate (or capacity to obtain one)
* Proof of right to work in Australia
* Dedication to the safety, well‑being and future development of your team
