El Camino Cantina South Bank is looking for an experienced General Manager to join the Pacific Concepts leadership team and oversee the successful operation of the restaurant.
El Camino Cantina South Bank is a two-storey, mega-grand version of the legendary Tex-Mex cantina and margs mecca. Near the iconic Streets Beach, this 510-seat diner has three distinct zones: a colourful, umbrella-d outdoor dining area for 140 guests, a ground floor diner that caters to 120 guests, and a bar-centric 250-seat upper floor, Hotel Diablo, that focuses on live entertainment, including a rotation of top-tier DJs!

What we are looking for
We are looking for a candidate who aligns with our work ethic and passion for guest experience.
Supported by the Area Manager and Brand Director, you will work with your team to achieve daily deliverables and big picture targets whilst creating a flawless dining atmosphere and ensuring an outstanding looking venue with a driven team.
Successful candidates will have a strong knowledge of operational management, team leadership, guest journey experience, financial management and business acumen within the hospitality industry.
They will possess:
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a casual dining or night club environment
* An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals
* A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
* Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
* A passion for recruiting, training and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
* Proven knowledge of RSA compliance and must hold a valid RSA Qualification
