About The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our First Contact team. This full-time role operates from Monday to Friday during business hours. The Coordinator of Supports will assist NDIS participants to connect with local services and supports.
Reporting to the First Contact Manager, key responsibilities include:
1. Liaising with clients and families to coordinate NDIS plan supports scheduling and claims.
2. Collaborating with clients and families to enhance their understanding of NDIS plans and available local support streams based on their preferences.
3. Identifying potential under/over servicing issues and acting if goals or supports are not being delivered as per service agreements.
4. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the NDIS price guide and support categories.

This position offers a salary of $73,795 plus NFP salary packaging, superannuation, and annual leave loading.
