Role
As the Tavern Manager, you’ll be pivotal in leading day‑to‑day hotel operations. From supporting the Venue Manager to coaching team members and ensuring compliance across alcohol, gaming, and safety standards, you’ll bring energy, leadership, and service excellence to every shift. This role is all about creating exceptional guest experiences, driving team engagement, and supporting profitable growth.
Skills & Experience
- Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to motivate and guide teams to success in a fast‑paced hospitality setting
- Customer Focus: Strong passion for service excellence, with a proactive approach to customer needs and satisfaction
- Compliance Knowledge: RSA & RSG certifications essential; knowledge of gaming and WHS regulations preferred.
- Operational Expertise: Experience managing daily hotel operations including staffing, reservations, beverage service, and POS
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial impacts, including stock control, revenue opportunities, and cost efficiency
