POSITION SUMMARY Performs eye examinations and vision tests to determine the presence of visual, ocular and other abnormalities, and prescribes lenses, other optical aids or therapy. Job Duties/Essential Functions Demonstrate ability in providing outstanding patient care Coach, train and mentor other Optical department employees Exercise discretion and confidentiality with all patient information Follow proper Optical Centre, general safety and security procedures and standards Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees and suppliers.
