About the Role
The Specialist Program Lead plays a pivotal role in supporting and advancing the delivery of a complex program of inter‑departmental digital reform for Victorian parents involving six government departments, coordinated through three integrated governance groups. The role will provide authoritative Maternal and Child Health (MCH) program advice, technical oversight and systems expertise to design and deliver high‑profile MCH digital reforms, including the digitisation of the My Health, Learning and Development book (the Green Book) and replacing the Child Development Information System with a new MCH System. The Lead will act as the "voice" of the MCH program, ensuring that MCH requirements and the broader reform program are delivered from a policy and operational perspective while enabling a fit‑for‑purpose technology solution by eHealth.
