Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Precast Installation Riggerto join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for rigging, moving, and installing precast concrete elements safely and efficiently on-site. Working closely with crane operators and construction crews, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
* Shift times from 6:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday.
* Inspect, prepare, and maneuver loads using rigging gear and heavy equipment
* Select, set up, and maintain rigging equipment (beams, pulleys, clamps, bolts, etc.)
* Guide trucks and precast panels into safe positions
* Connect concrete clutches to lifters and signal crane operators during lifts
* Assist with bolting panels, attaching props, and guiding panels into final positions
* Operate EWP to fix plates on panels where required
* Communicate effectively with crane operators, supervisors, and construction teams
* Follow strict safety standards, maintaining a clean and compliant worksite
Your Profile
* Construction Industry Induction (White Card) – essential
* RI or RA High Risk Rigging Licence – essential
* EWP above 11m and Working at Height – desirable
* Understanding of construction drawings and site procedures
* Valid driver's licence
* Previous precast or construction rigging experience – highly regarded
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
* Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
* Team-oriented with clear communication skills
* Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all conditions
* Problem-solving ability and willingness to follow instructions
