About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a retail sales associate. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in promoting and driving sales at our op shop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving and sorting incoming merchandise for resale.
* Hanging and displaying store merchandise to attract customers.
* Cleaning and restoring stock to ensure it is presented in its best condition.
* Providing exceptional customer service duties to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintaining direct sales items on the floor.
* Monitoring the store for potential security risks and reporting any incidents where necessary.
* Handling cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Ensuring that point-of-sale procedures, including EFTPOS, are followed correctly.
