Team Overview
Our Event Health Services (EHS) team attends events, providing support and first aid services to our local and regional communities. Our team consists of doctors, registered paramedics, registered nurses, and advanced responders who can help with any incidents that may occur.
Volunteer Opportunities
Our EHS program relies on volunteers from the health and medical sectors who are passionate about providing safe spaces at community events. Events can include:
* Festivals
* Expos
* Sporting Events
* Exhibitions
* Country Shows
Requirements
Required for this role: Current First Aid and CPR certificate, National Police Check and Blue Card (or ability to get one).
Commitments & Availability
* Days: Monday - Sunday
* Hours: various
* Location: Townsville
* Time Required: Monday - Sunday, various hours
* Commitment: Regular - more than 6 months
Important Dates
PLEASE NOTE: As we approach the holiday season, our last Induction Day will be held on 30 November 2025. Onboarding & Inductions will then recommence in mid to late January 2026. We look forward to hearing from you then.
