Early Childhood Educator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Educator to lead our Kindy room team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement educational programs that align with the National Quality Standards.
* Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
* Create a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school, and positive experiences within our community.
Requirements:
* Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable).
* A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
* A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
Our Curriculum:
We utilise the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, Australia's most advanced approach to early education for children from birth to age five.
This curriculum draws on the best models of early education, contemporary research, and evidence-informed practices such as Circle of Security, Abecedarian, and Project-Based learning.
