Responsibilities in Your First Year

* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to solution presentations, proposals, and close.
* Target mid-market to enterprise clients engaging with senior decision-makers.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across your assigned territory or vertical.
* Drive consultative conversations that demonstrate ROI and align the platform's capabilities to client objectives.
* Collaborate with pre-sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and strong customer retention.


Requirements

* Bring proven experience in SaaS sales, business development, or inside sales with a strong record of exceeding targets.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment where adaptability and initiative are key.
* Be confident selling to senior stakeholders and guiding them through complex sales cycles.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and a consultative, value-based sales approach.
* Use CRM and sales engagement tools to manage your pipeline and forecast accurately.
* Be proactive, resilient, and hungry to succeed in a team that celebrates high performance.
