The Retail Manager will oversee and coordinate daily production operations of the bakery, ensuring consistent quality, freshness, and timely availability of Brumby's signature baked products.
They will also supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance, ensure occupational health and safety guidelines are always maintained, and handle complaints.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to analyze sales and revenue reports to make forecasts and identify opportunities for growth.
