We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi teams at the following stores:
Belmont Forum Home
Cannington Home
Carousel
Forrest Chase
Midland Central Home
Midland Gate
Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability.
Responsibilities
Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
Provide a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.
Note: Our Christmas Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September 2025 to February 2026). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
Qualifications
You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
Customer focused and results driven
You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
