Job Description
* End-to-end delivery of HRIS transformation projects
* Manage vendors, contracts, and implementation partners
* Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget
* Engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
* Oversee change management, go-live planning, and business readiness
* Ensure compliance with governance and risk frameworks
* Report on project milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
The Successful Applicant
* A degree in Business, IT, Project Management or a related field
* 6+ years working as project manager
* Proven experience in managing large scale IT projects, preferably within the Property industry
* Experience in HRIS transformation or implementation
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
* Demonstrated strategic planning and risk management skills
* Proficient in project management tools and software
