Job Description
- End-to-end delivery of HRIS transformation projects
- Manage vendors, contracts, and implementation partners
- Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget
- Engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Oversee change management, go-live planning, and business readiness
- Ensure compliance with governance and risk frameworks
- Report on project milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Business, IT, Project Management or a related field
- 6+ years working as project manager
- Proven experience in managing large scale IT projects, preferably within the Property industry
- Experience in HRIS transformation or implementation
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated strategic planning and risk management skills
- Proficient in project management tools and software
