The Opportunity
In this role, you will be joining a well-established team that provides Customer Service support to our clients, handling a wide range of enquiries and order confirmations.
The remuneration includes overtime; start times vary typically between 6 am and 7 am.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries promptly and courteously; advise on any delays.
Process customer orders accurately and timely.
Maintain regular communication with sales and production staff.
Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or manager.
Liaise with dispatchers to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
Ensure full knowledge and compliance with the Allocation Procedure Manual.
Consistently improve processes.
Perform varied duties as required to standard, consistent with training and skills.
Collaborate with Operation and Scheduling teams to meet customer requirements on time.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers and employees.
About You
Previous experience in a customer service or similar role.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; capable of handling high call volumes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; can communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Attention to detail; proficient in Google and MS Office.
Experience in the concrete or building industry is an advantage but not essential.
