Lecturer/Senior Lecturer, Project Management
This role plays a crucial part in contributing to course and program delivery, development, innovation, and student supervision in two programs: UNSW-Project-Management-Programs and Master of Project Management (Canberra).
Key Responsibilities:
* PhD in project management or closely related discipline, or Master's degree with substantial experience in design and delivery of courses and/or programs.
* Proficient understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a proven track record of relevant academic and professional accomplishments.
* Practical experience in the project management industry, enabling effective integration of theoretical knowledge with real-world applications to enrich learning.
* Experience in course development and delivery at postgraduate and/or undergraduate level.
* Demonstrated success in initiating curriculum development and improvement, with a passion for fostering engaging learning experiences for undergraduate/postgraduate students.
* Commitment to mentoring students and junior colleagues, potential to provide leadership within the academic community.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
* Proactive approach to professional development, staying abreast of latest trends, advancements, and pedagogical approaches in project management.
