Competitive Salary - Based on Experience
We’re Locale Property Group – the umbrella behind Locale Homes, Locale Wealth and Locale Financial.
Our purpose? To help people build, grow, and own their futures. Whether it's finding the perfect first home, unlocking long-term wealth through property, or making finance feel less “finance-y,” we're here to shake things up and make a real impact.
Locale Homes is changing the game for first home buyers, offering an independent and customer first approach to building.
Locale Wealth empowers Australians to create financial freedom through smart property strategies.
Locale Financial delivers a refreshing, transparent approach to finance, aligned with our clients’ goals.
We're ambitious, innovative, and growing fast – expanding nationally, building new business units, and making bold moves across property, finance and wealth.
Now, we're seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to partner directly with our directors and leadership team.
The role
This is more than a traditional EA role. As the Executive Assistant to the Directors, you'll be a trusted strategic partner across both business and personal matters; supporting three brands, an expanding group structure, and the directors' wider property and investment assets.
You'll be across business strategy and collaborate with the directors on initiatives that drive growth. This includes conducting research projects, gathering market data, analysing information, and reporting back with insights that support commercial decision-making.
You'll also take ownership of improving the way we work - embracing technology, automation, and AI-driven tools to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and find smarter ways to operate. From high level executive support through to business improvements and personal organisation, this is a role for someone who is astute, financially literate, solution-focused, and energised by creating positive outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
Executive support: Provide high level support to the Managing Director and director, including diary and inbox management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and confidential personal matters as required.
Property & asset coordination: Assist in the organisation and oversight of the directors’ property holdings and associated matters.
Personal support: Manage personal organisation for the directors, ensuring their professional and personal priorities are balanced seamlessly.
Office management: Oversee day to day office operations, ensuring systems, supplies, and environments are maintained to a professional standard.
Leadership team coordination: Support group leadership with scheduling, project coordination, and follow-ups to ensure business functions run smoothly.
Process & systems: Embrace technology and automation to design and implement systems that improve efficiency across the group.
Commercial & strategic support: Collaborate with directors on business strategy, undertake research projects, gather and analyse market data, and prepare reporting that supports decision-making.
Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for business and operational improvements, leveraging tech, AI and modern tools to create smarter workflows.
Confidentiality & professionalism: Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and act as a trusted representative of the MD and director.
