Food and Beverage Supervisor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist with the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets. This role involves managing staff, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our venues.

Key Responsibilities
* Staff Management: Oversee the daily activities of staff members, provide guidance and training as needed, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming customer service, respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that customers receive a high level of service at all times.
* Cashiering: Manage cash handling procedures, including operating a point-of-sale system, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
* Functions and Events: Assist with planning and executing functions and events, including banquets, conferences, and weddings, and ensure that all logistical arrangements are made and executed flawlessly.
* Quality Service Standards: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all food and beverage outlets, including adhering to health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhere to these standards.
* Venue Atmosphere: Create and maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere in all food and beverage outlets, including decorating the venues, playing music, and implementing other visual and auditory elements that enhance the overall dining experience.
