About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic leader to inspire and lead our talented food and beverage team, ensuring seamless service across our venues while driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development.
* Lead daily food & beverage operations across outlets, ensuring exceptional service and consistency with brand standards.
* Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance feedback and ongoing training.
* Oversee staffing, rostering, and cost management in line with budgets, with a strong focus on labour, food, and beverage cost control.
* Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
* Drive guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and swift resolution of feedback or concerns.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.
* Partner with the leadership team to analyze performance, drive revenue, and maximize profitability.
* Champion IHG's brand standards, behaviors, and service culture in every interaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-end F&B environment.
* A strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations, cost management, and guest experience delivery.
* Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Certification or permits as required by local government regulations.
