Senior Change Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Change Manager to drive the development, implementation, and execution of strategic change initiatives across our Claims business. This role is pivotal in supporting agile release trains and ensuring seamless change adoption through effective leadership, planning, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the creation and implementation of change management strategies that align with business objectives and support claims teams.
* Conduct comprehensive change readiness assessments and adjust strategies based on findings.
* Assess the impact of changes across people, processes, systems, and finances, developing tailored plans to mitigate any negative effects.
* Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to promote and ensure the successful adoption of change across the organization.
* Contribute to continuous process improvement, particularly in agile and waterfall delivery environments, to refine change methodologies.
* Foster strong relationships and influence business leaders at all levels to drive the ownership and success of change initiatives.
* Lead risk management efforts and coordinate with other change management teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
Required Experience
* Moderate experience in change management, including planning and execution of change initiatives within an agile environment.
* Demonstrable ability to manage internal and external stakeholders with varying demands, understanding the financial and commercial implications of people solutions.
* Proven expertise with change management tools and techniques that enhance adoption.
* Experience working across multiple countries and cultures, leading diverse teams through complex change programs.
Preferred Experience
* Extensive experience in managing large-scale, multi-year change initiatives.
* Strong background in both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
* Expertise in consulting with business leaders and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
* Required: Tertiary degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* Preferred: Change Management industry certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
