Wings Early Learning Ripley is a brand new, purpose-built 120 place early learning centre committed to providing high-quality early education and care.
We are searching for our final Lead Educator to guide our little learners in the 2-3 year room.

Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Recent experience in an early childhood education and care setting – ideally a larger service such as this one.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in early childhood education and care.
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
* A current Blue Card and ACECQA approved First Aid qualifications
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and value customer service
* A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children and mentoring educators
* Have a long-term career view with the opportunity to grow with the business.
* Bush kindy experience will be favourable
* Valid Australian work rights required for this position.
