Job Title
A Geodetic Surveyor is a professional responsible for collecting, processing, and delivering survey control data.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be part of a team that supports the establishment and maintenance of survey control infrastructure. They will engage with users to provide expert technical and policy advice on matters related to survey control design, observation methodologies, processing techniques, POSI and cadastral boundary surveys.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead survey parties to ensure accurate data collection and processing.
* Utilize knowledge of cadastral, geodetic surveying, and current positioning technologies to deliver high-quality results.
* Implement and monitor compliance with Work Health and Safety policies and practices.
* Represent the organization at industry forums and events, engaging stakeholders effectively.
* Show adaptability in a changing environment, with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Collaborate with others to solve problems and achieve common goals.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a surveyor with knowledge of cadastral, geodetic surveying, and current positioning technologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
