About The Role

The primary objective is to ensure the safe and timely loading, delivery, and unloading of groceries to meet scheduled commitments. The role involves maintaining high customer service standards by ensuring zero damage to property, utilizing 'sign on glass' technology for deliveries, and managing SH&E responsibilities according to policy. The customer service agent will conduct pre-shift vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean internally and externally.

All candidates will undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of creating a safe working environment.
