Altitude is seeking an experienced Associate Partner / Technology Transformation who will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading large-scale transformation programs and consulting engagements. You will bring deep subject matter expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for delivering measurable results. If you thrive in complex environments, have deep expertise in FSI and the public sector, and love building trusted relationships—this is your opportunity to lead from the front. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs across banking, financial services, and government clients. Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, driving digital and technology-led change. Design and implement innovative, client-specific consulting solutions that generate long-term value. Own and lead business development activities, including pipeline growth, proposal development, and commercial negotiations. Contribute to practice development through thought leadership, mentoring, capability building, and representing the firm in industry forums. Requirements: Proven consulting experience in technology transformation, with a strong focus on FSI and public sector engagements. Demonstrated track record in pre-sales, RFP responses, revenue generation, and deal closure. Deep expertise in technology strategy, operating model design, and transformation delivery. Strong leadership in practice management, team development, and internal capability uplift. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills, with a client-first mindset.
