Your Role
Take on the challenge of leading our Liverpool, NSW Dulux Trade Centre as a Store Manager. This role involves overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the store through customer, staff, and sales-focused responsibilities.
You will work closely with our dedicated team on the shop floor to sell and promote our extensive range of paints and products, meeting sales targets in the process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage store financials, KPIs, and stock levels effectively.
- Champion customer service excellence by setting high standards and ensuring they are met.
- Collaborate with the Dulux Field Sales Representative to drive business growth.
- Train, motivate, and upskill your team to achieve their full potential.
- Maintain high health and safety standards within the store.
