We are looking for a Training Lead for a State Government Agency, who is a team player, has proven skills, knowledge and experience in training and organisational change as part of large ICT programs of work. This exciting role will be engaging with many stakeholders across Queensland and helping them to navigate an upcoming significant technical change. This role will develop and coordinate a variety of internal and external training materials and collateral and organise engagement activities, to achieve identified outcomes and strategic objectives. In this role you will work with key areas and stakeholders using your skills in writing, researching, content development, facilitation, administration and implementation across a variety of communication channels to support, promote and elevate the work of the large ICT Program. The successful contractor should be able to: Demonstrate effectiveness in the delivery of training and engagement activities and outcomes Demonstrate ability to cultivate and maintain trusted partnerships with stakeholders across an agency with a focus on effective engagement, advocacy, collaboration and negotiation techniques. Demonstrate ability to manage work activities according to schedule demands and organise stakeholders using physical and virtual meetings. Demonstrate ability to plan and undertake training needs analysis, training plans and delivery and to manage related registers and plans. Demonstrate high-level time management and organisational skills, as well as advanced written, oral communication and interpersonal skills. Liaise with business process owners, subject matter experts and business analysts to understand the needs of business and include them in training materials and collateral. Work as part of a larger project team under the direction of the Program Change Manager and in conjunction with other discipline leads. Remain flexible and adaptable to changing environments, different organisational cultures and to new ideas. Essential Qualifications/Certifications/Skills At least five years’ demonstrated application of training development and delivery. Expertise in eLearning development, including end-to-end design, authoring, and deployment using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) or similar tools. Strong video content creation skills, including scripting, recording, editing, and producing engaging learning videos using tools such as Camtasia, Snagit or Adobe. Instructional design capability, with a sound understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them to both in-person and online learning experiences. Must be happy to travel through the state if and when required to visit regional offices to deliver in person training. Highly Desirable Qualifications/Certifications/Skills Knowledge of and experience in Qld Government organisations. Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business transition will be highly regarded. Experience in working on prototypes and proof of concept environments.
