We're seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and resilientESA Managerto lead and develop a growing team to deliver high‐quality services under theInclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on coaching others, shaping culture, and building strong, capable teams that deliver consistent, measurable results.
In this pivotal role, you'll balance day‐to‐day operational leadership with a focus on continuous improvement, service quality, growth and compliance. You'll support your team to deliver person‐centred, empowering services that help participants with disability, injury or health conditions achieve meaningful and sustainable employment.
This role oversees theHobart Employment Services Area (ESA), covering multiple locations includingGlenorchy, Hobart, Rosny Park,Bridgewater, Huonville, Kingston, New NorfolkandSorell.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead with Purpose:Inspire and empower multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, contract-compliant services with professionalism, empathy, and accountability.
* Drive Performance:Strategically manage budgets, metrics, and optimise caseloads to exceed program targets and deliver measurable impact.
* Deliver Transformational Support:Be a hands-on leader, working alongside your team and participants to model best practice and foster personalised, strength-based support.
* Champion Inclusive Employment:Build strong partnerships with employers, community organisations, and stakeholders to unlock meaningful employment opportunities.
* Operational Excellence:Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all sites by upholding strong standards in program compliance, performance, and workplace safety.
What You Bring
* Proven Leadership: 5+ years managing diverse teams across multiple locations, with a strong track record of leading through change, complexity, and operational challenges.
* Operational Leadership:Experience managing budgets, reporting, and service delivery in performance-driven environments.
* Emotional Intelligence: A leadership style grounded in empathy, resilience, and authenticity.
* Relevant Background:Experience in employment, community, or business services is highly regarded.
* Tech Savvy:Highly proficient across a wide range of digital tools and adept at navigating multiple systems efficiently.
* Pre-Requisites:Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check.
