* SCHADS Award Level 3.1
* $76,377 p.a. (pro-rata)
* 0.6 FTE (3 days per week - can be 3 full days, or spread over 4 or 5 days)

Position Summary

The Administration & Executive Support Officer provides vital administrative support to the CEO and ensures efficient office operations across MHCT. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating staff travel, processing financial expenses, supporting organisational & WHS compliance and assisting organising staff health and wellbeing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
* Meet and greet visitors to MHCT and set up meeting rooms.
* Coordinate staff travel including car hire and accommodation bookings.
* Maintain MHCT stakeholder registers and contact lists.
* Support the new member application process.
* Support CEO diary scheduling.
* Financial expense reconciliation and assisting in payroll process
* Support the organisation of MHCT internal & external activities/events
* Oversee stationery, kitchen and office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
* Other administrative duties relevant to the role.
Required Skills and Personal Attributes

This position would suit a proactive, friendly professional with strong administrative skills wanting to work alongside our passionate team. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, organisation and time management skills are essential, together with a can-do attitude.

Selection Criteria

Essential criteria:

* A minimum of 24 months of experience in providing office administrative support, particularly to senior management
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Strong computer skills using Microsoft 365 products.
* Proactive attitude with a high attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing tasks
* A willingness to learn and support team goals.

Desirable criteria:

* Previous experience in diary management
* Experience with Xero or similar finance software
* Understanding of WHS principles and experience in the not-for-profit sector are desirable.
