What this job involves
Drive exceptional leasing performance for premium Build‐to‐Rent residential properties through strategic pricing, exceptional customer service, and data‐driven yield optimisation. Lead the resident services team to achieve above‐market rental rates whilst maintaining high occupancy levels and resident satisfaction in this process.
A snapshot of the role
* Develop & implement leasing strategy to mobilise 443 apartments.
* Execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximise rental income through market analysis and demand forecasting.
* Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to maintain competitive positioning whilst achieving premium rates.
* Analyse resident demographics and preferences to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
* Optimise lease terms, incentives, and concession structures to maximise long‐term revenue.
* Oversee the entire leasing journey from initial enquiry through lease execution and resident onboarding.
* Ensure all lease documentation complies with residential tenancy legislation and company policies.
* Conduct regular competitive market analysis to inform pricing and positioning strategies that are inline with the market conditions for external stakeholders.
* Liaise with the Resident Services Team to implement retention strategies to minimise turnover and associated vacancy costs.
* Liaise with the Finance Manager on the leasing budget including marketing expenses, team costs, and operational requirements.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the leasing team to achieve individual and collective performance targets.

* A technical understanding of building construction trades, defects, maintenance, and tender service contracts.
* Previous experience within a leasing role will be ideal.
* Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organised, strategic planning, resourceful, and close attention to detail.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, and being adept in technology.
