Branded Content Lead - Qantas Magazine & Travel Insider
Medium Rare – Australia's leading content agency and the creative force behind many of the country's most loved media titles – is seeking a Branded Content Lead to join the team shaping Qantas magazine, the Travel Insider website and its social channels.
If you're an experienced editor who understands the alchemy of storytelling, craft and commercial intelligence, this role offers a rare opportunity to help define the voice of one of the world's most awarded inflight media brands.
Reporting directly to the Editor-in-Chief, you'll work with premium travel, lifestyle, food, wine, technology and education partners to bring exceptional ideas to life across print, digital, social and video.
In this Senior editorial position, you will:
Partner closely with Qantas Travel Insider's digital and print teams, as well as sales/partnerships and design, to develop compelling multi-channel content.
Receive and interpret client briefs, shaping them into high-performing branded features, videos and social-first concepts.
Create social assets that inspire, inform and drive measurable engagement across platforms.
Ideate, research, commission and edit stories across a wide editorial spectrum.
Work primarily across Qantas magazine and the Travel Insider website and social channels.
This is a hands‑on role for an editor who moves fluently between creativity and strategy — someone who enjoys the challenge of producing work that is both beautiful and effective.
