Bailey Nelson seeks an Assistant Store Manager for their Carindale store.
The ideal candidate will be part of a tight-knit team that values improvement and customer satisfaction. They will support the Store Manager and Optometrist in running a successful store, covering appointment book management and customer journey execution to provide seamless experiences. The role involves running the store two days a week on the Store Manager's rostered days off.
You have coaching from your superior which challenges you to reach full potential. This assistance is carried out by your direct superiors such as manager, regional manager or area director.
