Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Leading a national team
* Providing administrative support to all operations of the school
* Assisting with day-to-day tasks such as facilities coordination, general purchasing, invoicing, contract and staffing processing, maintaining financial records systems, and preparing meeting minutes
* Working closely with the National Administration Team Leader and course/program coordinators to manage course completions and graduation, timetabling, documentation, correspondence, and reports
The ideal candidate will have a degree or advanced diploma qualification with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Solid experience in administration
* High computer literacy
* Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel, and Outlook
