Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our testing team. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive quality assurance initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality assurance strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
* Mentor and guide testing teams, driving capability uplift across people, process, and tools.
* Apply DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices to drive automation testing and integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
* Proven ability to develop quality assurance strategies and align them with project goals and timelines.
* Demonstrated evidence of driving quality assurance capability uplift across people, process, and tools.
* Experience with automation testing and CI/CD integration, proficiency in DevOps tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Strong leadership, mentorship, and excellent communication skills.
Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain Baseline security clearance.

* Expertise in MS Office, Excel, Word, or other software applications is highly desirable.
