Responsibilities

• Analyze and transform system and sub‐system requirements into detailed designs within a Model‐Based Engineering (MBE) environment.
• Define and manage system interfaces, ensuring full traceability throughout the design lifecycle.
• Conduct trade studies and optimize design solutions against performance, cost, and schedule considerations.
• Produce and maintain technical artefacts—including design descriptions, requirements documents, and analysis reports.
• Participate in design reviews and support project planning, stakeholder engagement, and engineering assurance activities.
• Contribute to estimates, bids, and continuous improvement initiatives across programs.

About You

• Demonstrated experience across the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration, and verification.
• Knowledge of MBSE approaches and tools such as MagicDraw, Rhapsody, Cameo or similar.
• Experience working on complex systems, ideally within Defence or high‐technology environments.
• Solid analytical, modelling, and documentation skills.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor or support junior engineers.
