Your Impact
As a Senior Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs.
You will put safety first and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children.
You'll Need
Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program.
Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.
Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
