Are you an experienced and driven property management professional seeking an exciting opportunity to thrive in a energetic environment? Look no further! We are on the hunt for a Property Manager to join our incredible team in Coolum Beach
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of approximately 170 residential properties, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently and professionally
Coordinate routine and maintenance, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues
Prepare detailed condition reports
Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding lease terms, rent reviews, renewals, and general tenancy matters
Monitor rental arrears and manage the arrears process, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Utilise full leasing support and remote admin assistance to streamline day-to-day operations, allowing focus on client relationships and portfolio performance
Qualifications Required:
2+ years experience in property management
In-depth knowledge of relevant tenancy laws and regulations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A customer focused approach and a passion for providing exceptional service
A current Certificate of Registration (QLD)
QLD drivers license
Property Management CRM experience
