What's the role?
We have an exciting opportunity for a professional with skills and experience in information systems, security assurance, risk to be appointed as an Independent Member of our Audit and Risk Management Committee.
The Audit and Risk Management Committees' role is to assist Wannon Water in its responsibilities with financial reporting, internal controls, risk management and compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Commitment
The Committee meets quarterly on the third Thursday in Warrnambool. Meeting dates for 2026 are scheduled for 14 May, 20 August and 20 November from 12pm to 2.30pm.
Remuneration
$2,956 per annum, set by the Minister. Reimbursement of reasonable expenses, including those associated with providing care for immediate family to enable meeting attendance provided.
Appointment duration
Up to a 3-year term.
Your skills and experience
* Applicants must be independent of Wannon Water and have experience in information systems, security assurance or risk.
* Experience in other areas of Committee responsibility will be highly regarded.
