Representing an emerging, design-led landscape studio in Sydney. The founders bring a wealth of experience from major global practices and have hit the ground running with a series of high-calibre project wins. They are looking for a technically elite Revit specialist to join them on a contract/casual basis to lead the documentation of their current pipeline. This is a "ground floor" opportunity to work directly with seasoned directors in an agile, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of Revit model setup and management for active landscape projects.
* Translate high-level design concepts into technical, coordinated documentation sets.
* Ensure all outputs meet Australian standards and project-specific requirements.
* Work closely with the directors to solve technical hurdles and streamline the Revit workflow.
Skills & Experience
* Mandatory: Advanced proficiency in Revit - you must be able to hit the ground running with zero hand-holding.
* Experience: Solid background in Australian Landscape Architecture projects, preferably within a design-focused practice.
* Problem Solver: A self-starter who can navigate complex documentation requirements and model coordination.
* Availability: Immediate start required. Open to flexible contract or casual arrangements.
