Job Description:
Leads and manages the delivery of custodial services in correctional facilities, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both staff and inmates. Oversees daily operations, develops and implements strategic plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in leadership roles within corrections or a related field
* Strong operational management skills with the ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve organisational goals
