About the Role:
This permanent Full Time /part-time/Casual Registered Nurse position suitable for Registered Nurses with relevant acute pre, intra and post-operative surgical experience. The role involves providing safe, effective, and patient-focused care in collaboration with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate peri-operative nursing care to ensure positive health outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide quality peri-operative nursing care in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team.
* Coordinate nursing and healthcare, ensuring accountability and effective delegation where appropriate.
* Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
What You Bring:
* Recent and relevant acute pre, intra and post-operative surgical experience
* Current AHPRA registration
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
* A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to engage with all members of the health care team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
* Time management & organizational skills
* Participate actively in Quality Improvement projects
* Sound computer skills

* Accountability for delivering a high standard of care to all patients
