As a key member of our Brisbane team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and providing vital administrative support to busy professionals.


Job Summary

* Meet and greet visitors in a polite and professional manner, creating a positive first impression for clients and guests.
* Manage the office inbox, mail distribution, and courier requirements, maintaining efficient communication channels and resolving any issues promptly.
* Assist with coordinating office events, functions, and catering, showcasing excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Provide broad administrative support, including booking travel, managing expenses, and setting up new vendors, demonstrating expertise in financial management and procurement.
* Ensure the kitchen, meeting rooms, and reception areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
* Liaise with the Building Manager for basic maintenance and support OH&S compliance by keeping Fire Warden and First Aid Officer details current, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Work with IT to ensure new starters are set up for their first day, delivering seamless onboarding and technical support.

* A willingness to assist the broader team on an as-needs basis, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, leveraging advanced software skills to drive productivity and efficiency.
