About The Opportunity
The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing roof replacement and repair works, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:
Supervise daily roof works, ensuring safety, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources.
Monitor progress and quality, resolving issues to avoid delays.
Enforce WHS, safety, and environmental standards on site.
Conduct inspections to ensure all works meet client expectations.
Liaise with clients and teams, providing updates and managing needs.
Report on progress, risks, variations, and efficiency improvements.
About You
3+ Years' experience in building, roofing, or site supervision.
Strong knowledge of building practices, roofing systems, and WHS.
Skilled in coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Excellent time-management and multi-project coordination.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Licence and insurance building experience (preferred).
