We are currently seeking reliable team members to join our new site mobilisation project in Dubbo, NSW, mid-September. The roles available are in hospitality and administration.
* 14 days on / 7 days off roster
* Chefs FIFO Sydney
* All other roles Drive in Drive Out
The Position
* Chefs – Bulk cooking experience & cert 111 Commercial Cookery required
* Hospitality Allrounders – work across kitchen, housekeeping & Bar
* Site Administrators – must have booking/admin experience + Cert 111 Business Admin or similar.
The Person
* Strong team player with the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
* Experience in Hospitality, food service, bar & retail, or housekeeping
* Must hold a White Card
* Must provide valid Passport or Birth Certificate + Photo ID
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Allrounders must have a reliable car & driver licence to travel to site
