Our client is achieving great success in the Workplace Health & Rehabilitation space. Their innovative & welcoming team is growing – the opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, PT or EP) to join the North Strathfield team is on offer.

The Role:
* Proactively manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients
* Focus on quality & achieving outcomes
* Workplace Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations & Ergonomic Assessments
* Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
* Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals
* Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
* Potential for some in-house RTW coordination
* Training & coaching of other team members
The Ideal Candidate:
* AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist
* 1 year + of Workplace Rehabilitation experience
* For EPs, SIRA eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services in NSW
* A confident communicator, you excel in developing stakeholder relationships
* Comfortable working independently & in a team
* Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference in the lives of others
* Driver's licence & car
