We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end employment administration, system management and employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of contract administration, onboarding and system reporting for Accounting professionals.
- Administer employee benefits and HR programs, building strong relationships with finance and management teams.
- Identify training opportunities and process improvements, providing expert advice on remuneration.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in Recruitment and basic HR Administration.
- An empathetic approach, genuine desire to support staff development and build high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and a goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to build effective relationships with remote colleagues and external stakeholders.
