Community Dietitian Opportunity in the Northern Territory
We are seeking a Community Dietitian to join our team in the Big Rivers Region. As a key member of our allied health team, you will be responsible for managing the dietetic caseload in four remote Aboriginal communities.
The role involves case management for adults and paediatrics, community education, and experience in similar settings. You will work closely with stakeholders, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Social Workers, Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and Team Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the dietetic caseload in four remote Aboriginal communities
* Deliver case management services for adults and paediatrics
* Develop and implement community-based nutrition programs
* Collaborate with stakeholders to promote healthy eating habits and lifestyles
Requirements:
* APD status eligible
* Ability to adapt to remote environments
