Key Responsibilities:
* Record Tribunal Proceedings
* Accurately document Tribunal proceedings in a timely manner.
* Undertake Legal Research Tasks
* Conduct comprehensive legal research as directed by senior leadership.
* Provide Administrative Support
* Offer seamless support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Liaise with Practitioners
* Effectively communicate with practitioners on behalf of senior leadership.
* Proof Judgments and Decisions
* Verify accuracy of judgments and decisions before publication.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be allocated additional duties within their capacity, qualifications, and experience.
