About The Role
This leadership position involves guiding a team of Department Managers to achieve outstanding results. You'll collaborate closely with the Assistant Store Manager to lead by example and drive positive change in the store.
As a Store Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and developing your team members. You'll help them build their careers and deliver consistently high standards of operational performance and customer satisfaction.

3. Supporting Department Managers to create rosters that provide consistency and ensure the right team is at the right time.
4. Empowering, coaching and developing your team to unlock their leadership potential.
5. Responding to changing customer needs by ensuring strong product availability through in-store process discipline and team resourcing.
6. Using data to deeply understand customer and team needs to improve the team and customer experience.
7. Staying sharp and keeping a keen eye on commercial performance with the ability to respond quickly and adapt.
8. Building strong relationships with the local community to bring value and connection to the neighborhood.
9. Taking action to support our Sustainability Plan to contribute to creating a better tomorrow for everyone.

We're seeking someone with a strong desire to lead store operations and provide leadership and coaching to their team. They'll need to be able to work well with others, collaborate to achieve great outcomes and grow their knowledge.
