Integrity Staffing - WHS Administrative Support
* Incident investigation, develop effective corrective and preventative actions in consultation with stakeholders
* Stakeholder engagement – meet and consult with stakeholders regarding WHS matters provide support and coaching/ training as required
* Provide operational support and guidance on WHS matters
* Coordinate and undertake WHS inspections as required.
Provide support to the WHS manager on tasks as required*
Description of required skills, abilities, and qualifications :
* Qualification and experience in Work Health and Safety
* Demonstrated understanding of, and ability to apply, the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA), WHS (General) Regulations 2022, approved Codes of Practice, and supporting guidance material.
* Proven experience leading and undertaking detailed incident and injury investigations, including methodologies such as ICAM, 5 Whys or equivalent, with the ability to develop effective corrective and preventative actions.
* Experience undertaking risk assessments and safety understanding, particularly within construction environments, mobile plant and equipment, traffic and pedestrian management, contractor management and hazardous substances.
* Ability to interpret WHS data and trends and understand emerging WHS risks and ability to integrate these into operation risk management practices.
* Experience facilitating and supporting WHS consultation processes including stakeholder management
* High level of computer literacy, with well-developed communication, documentation and report writing skills.
Ability to work autonomously, managing competing priorities and meet deadlines
